UMI Performance’s upper control arm mount is a direct replacement of the factory stamped steel mount. This mount is a direct bolt on and requires no welding or drilling to install it. The UMI Performance mount is machined from heavy ¼” thick steel for increased strength and is twice as thickness as the factory mount. UMI’s upper control arm mount features two mounting hole locations to bolt the upper control arm into. By changing the mounting location of the upper control arm you can move the instant center position of the vehicle for improved traction and handling. This mount also features a 14mm mounting hole for the upper control and corrects the clunking found with the factory upper control arm mount.
