This replacement leaf spring bronze bushing fits 46-63 Trucks equipped with the 226 ci 6 cylinder engine. Bushing measures 19.3 mm ID, 25.3 mm OD and 49 mm wide. Sold individually- use one per spring/ two per vehicle. Replaces OE 645916
