Camburg 16in Quad Limit Strap

Our Camburg limit straps are made in the USA and quad wrapped for the ultimate strength from military grade materials. The mounting tabs are heat-treated 4130 chromoly and plated black for corrosion resistance. These won't stretch like cheaper versions will that are made overseas using inferior materials. For off-road use we recommend running 2 straps per wheel minimum. These are used to "limit" the suspension so that you're not pulling on the shocks or over extending the steering, driveshafts, CV's, etc. You can also use these for many other things like driveshaft loops and in vertical spare tire cradles to keep a flat from falling out the bottom. These are sold individually not as a pair. When calculating length, ordering and installing limit straps you need to take into consideration tension on the strap and minimal stretching over time. Typically you'll see 1/2" of stretch for every 12" of length. In extreme cases you can see up to 1" of stretch for every 12" of length. When running multiple straps this amount is decreased substantially which is recommended for off-roading. Also having an adjustable limit strap mount gives you the ability to compensate for any stretching over time.
