60 Gallon (227 Liters)*, extra capacity, extra heavy duty mid-ship, replacement tank for the ultimate in fuel range. Tank comes complete with black coated, galvanized or stainless steel, mounting straps. Tapered tank features exclusive low fuel trap design so most every gallon can be used, and is approximately only 2.5" deeper than the stock OEM tank. Tank hangs approximately only 1" below bottom of the stock fuel tank shield bracket (on vehicles so equipped). Very similar in appearance to original equipment tank. TITAN's Generation 6 tanks feature the TITAN Torque Ring(TM) OEM style sending unit mounting system for easy, positive installation. This new Ford tank is made of our famous military grade, cross-linked polymer (XLHDPE). It's at least ¼" thick and built to outlast all competitors. It's tougher than steel and more durable than aluminum. Like all fine TITAN(TM) products, this new design has undergone extensive testing. Our legendary products are so tough and well-proven that we back them with a Lifetime Warranty!+ No cutting, drilling or fabrication required for installation. Tank body is pre-marked with optimal location for sump installation of an aftermarket "performance" fuel pump system.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RAV Performance​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RAV Performance​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
