Engineered for improved handling and for proper front-end alignment, this system integrates smoothly and functions perfectly. Raising your Super Dutys suspension clearance makes room to run larger, more aggressive 33-inch tires. Skyjacker specifically engineered a 2-Stage Dual Rate Softride(R) coil springs to provide the right rate and soft ride for your Diesel engine. Skyjacker's legendary Softride(R) technology engineered processes achieve maximum wheel travel, ride quality and extends the long-lasting life of this variable rate coil spring. The process starts with 5160H chromium alloy material, a presetting process and advanced method of shot peening. Compressing the spring completely down to where the coils touch (solid height) is preset. This takes any fatigue or stress off the spring and eliminates sagging. An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides to prevent movement in this critical high-stress area and to keep the axle centered. The sway bar lowering brackets realign the front sway bar working angle to achieve maximum sway control. Drop spacers reposition the front bump stops. Front brake line extension brackets correctly reposition the brake lines. Shocks are a key link in-between the chassis and your suspension. Their key role is to dampen out or control the terrain to keep your tires in contact with the terrain. Front damper capacity enhanced with Black MAX Shocks. Black MAX Shocks have specific valving and stroke for this application. Black MAXs Advanced Foam-Cell technology increases performance and style to deliver a smooth, comfortable ride. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

RAV Performance​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RAV Performance​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
