2003-2008 Ram 2500/3500 4.5" Stage 5 Suspension System utilizes the same technology as the 2.5" systems while adding lift height, ground clearance, and user adjustability. Additional engineered front-end components are added to ensure proper steering geometry with improved function throughout the entire travel range whether on or off road. The Stage 5 System is comprised of dual rate coil springs, tubular steel upper & lower link arms, polyurethane bump stops w/ billet extension, sway bar drop brackets, forged pitman arm, track bar drop bracket, 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks w/ CDCV, bearing style adjustable track bar, and rear 2.5" lift blocks. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks extend the performance of the kit by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, and give you the ability to tune the compression damping with the turn of an external knob. These shocks include FK bearings, one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders, and 7/8" shafts for strength. The adjustable track bar with bearings not only improves rigidity over flexible factory joints, but offers adjustability to center the front axle under the truck. ICON steel upper & lower links increase performance, strength, and range of alignment. These link arms decrease the bind found in the factory link bushings. This ultimate performance system with link arms offers extraordinary diversity across any terrain, all while keeping a smooth highway feel. Installing this kit allows proper clearance for 35" tall tires with no modifications, and some 37" tires with minor fender well trimming for clearance. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RAV Performance​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RAV Performance​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
