Hellwig's medium-duty EZ-1000 Helper Springs pack a lot of capability in every box. Packaged complete with the same heavy duty powder coated and plated components, hardware and installation instructions as our heavy duty helper spring products, these kits are designed for the vehicles that need lighter assistance in carrying a load. The simple bolt on design using common hand tools provide t he installer ease of installation and the vehicle owner hassle free use. Ideally suited for light towing and loads, these units are fully adjustable using the heavy duty U-bolts included in the kit using simple hand tools. If your tow and haul needs change, simply adjust the U-bolts to suit the new load requirements. Once installed and adjusted you are free to haul or tow with greater control and stability. Manufactured with heat treated ASTM 5160 alloy spring steel in our California based facility, these units are rated up to 1,000 lb. level load carrying capacity. They are a great cost effective spring solution and can be adjusted independently for uneven side to side loads.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RAV Performance​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RAV Performance​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
